Stall fees must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

Once we have received the booking form and proof of insurance we will invoice for your table(s).

I, the undersigned, confirm that the information provided in this form is accurate. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the fayre organisers and understand that my stall booking is not confirmed until payment and insurance documents are received.
